Finola Graham is an artist/painter living and working on the west coast of Ireland in County Clare.
Her practice and approach to the techniques of painting, drawing and mosaic has been greatly informed by her work and studies, alongside the likes of Nicolas Wacker and Ricardo Licata, in Paris from the 1960's onwards.
Having made the Burren home for the majority of the last forty years, it is only in the previous decade that its wildness, its light and above all its sense of space have fully embedded themselves in her painting. This, along with the addition of more fragile materials and processes, has come to define her most recent works.
Finola Graham has exhibited widely in Europe and her work is to be found in private collections worldwide.
